Missing group audit log when project is added to existing group

Summary

When a project is added to a group, an audit event is not logged in group audit events.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a group
2. Create a new project in that group

What is the current bug behavior?

No audit event logged under Group > Settings > Audit events

What is the expected correct behavior?

Audit event should be logged under Group > Settings > Audit events
