Add authentication endpoint for Gemnasium
Problem to solve
When we publish advisories for Gemnasium, the process to get JWT is quite tedious. You need to open depc.sec.gitlab.com, logout, login, open Local storage, grab JWT. We follow this process on a daily basis so simplifying this will be a great help.

Proposal
Create separate endpoint to Gemnasium API to get JWT.
Permissions and Security
this endpoint should be available for Gemnasium admins.
