Issue files not getting relative path

After upgrading to version 12.2.3-ee issue files on an especific project are not getting relative path resulting an 404 error, however I'm able to see files on /var/opt/gitlab/gitlab-rails/uploads/. Even new files uploaded to this project faces this problem.

I understand the file must get the path /ti/seting/sgu-2.0/gerfin-gerplac as the project has it.
