Uploaded groupavatar not shown

Summary

When creating a new group and choosing an avatar the chosen avatar isn't used or shown for this group. The image remains the questionmark. Updating the group with a new image if now image is set also doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new Group
• While creating the new group choose an avatar to upload

Expected behavior

Upload/Show avatar after creation

Actual behavior

No Avatar shown
