Posting to wrong chat channel in Slack after 8.15 upgrade

Slack service always posts to our #general channel. The webhook in slack is configured to use a different one, no override was used previously, and this worked as expected. After the upgrade to 8.15, all notifications come into the #general channel, even if setting a channel override in the service configuration.
