Cosmetic: add "compare" link next to "(N commits behind)" in MR view

On the merge request view, next to the box about the CI status, where the "(N commits behind)" message appears, it would be nice to be able to quickly compare the source and target branch. Example use case: CI is failing and I'd like to see if I already pushed the fix to master.
