Add Gitlab-ci predictable Build URL

Hi, i use the gitlab builds and it's really cool,

but a feature that is are to integrate with is build because there is no way to predicatbly get the results of a build (artifacts) based on branch / commit. I can use pages for that, but don't think it's really the point, and managing multiple branch / history will be hard. And if you want to have the artifacts of the latest master branch , you have to find the buildid and it's not convenient.

it would be call to have predictable artifacts url ... more or less like the build badge urls
