Import issues from JIRA
Description
Customer would like the opportunity to migrate from JIRA to our Issue Tracker.
Proposal
Import all issues from JIRA to GitLab.
- User has a button in the admin settings panel to Oauth to JIRA
- Once the authentication is done, user chooses the project in JIRA he wants to import
- Import starts asynchronously
- We migrate title, description and status
- Attachments
- Activity becomes a system note
- History becomes a system note
- Labels: apply the same label, if it does not exist, create one
- Once the import is done, send an email to the user who has requested the import in the first place.
