Dashboard/Activity, list Issue-Creation in Comment section

The Dashboard/Activity does only list Comments which is currently restricted to comments on existing issues. In earlier versions it did also listed when a new issue was created.

I am using this to check for new issues on several projects without going thru the issues filters or checking each project.

It would be great, if this would be re-added into the Comments section on the Dashboard/Activity.
