Report: "Can you all make sure backup/restore gets added as a smoke test?

I set up a gitlab-ee instance recently, and today I wanted to make sure that backups work for it since I'm actually meaningfully using it today. On trying to restore, I hit this bug.

I see you all are taking care of it and this was a bug that wasn't too hard to work around, but it's worrisome because backup/restore is one of those things that's vital for every working release. If someone had tried to make a backup and restore with omnibus, they would have almost had to see this, right?"
