Filter comments in a merge request

A merge request tends to get bogged down in "Added x commits" and "Marked the x task done" messages, sometimes enough to make actual comments/discussion hard to find (example: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/3905)

It would be nice to have filters like "Comments only", or "Completed tasks only", etc. to solve this particular problem.
