Autocomplete emoticons :-) as emoji 😄

I often use an emoticon :-) to write a smiley (old-timer habit, I guess). Currently, typing :- will autocomplete to :-1:, which is definitely not what I want. Perhaps I'm the only one with this problem, but I'd sure appreciate letting :-) autocomplete to :smile:.

There are obviously other emoticon->emoji conversions that would be nice, but I rarely use others personally.

Perhaps related to gitlab-ce#14039.

Design

We want the same subset of as slack emoji to become auto converted to real emoji:
