Migrate all Products to a single EE Premium product

Description

We've recently changed our business model, by selling a EE Premium package instead of multiple Products.

At the moment, each Product requires a dedicated license, and each new Product requires to issue a new License to customers.

By having a single EE Premium package, it will be much easier in the future to add new exclusive features to EE Premium - a single check will suffice, and no new license will need to be issued.

Proposal

We need to migrate all Products into a single EE Premium product.

1. Create the EE Premium package in the payment app
2. Update the following Products to make them available only for EE Premium customers
   • Geo
   • File Locking
   • Pivotal Tile
3. Migrate all Licenses that have a Product today, to EE Premium.
   • Can we make this move transparent, so we don't require to issue a new license to our customers?
