Improve consistency in triggers fired by moving issue

At this moment when someone moves issue to another project two events in activity feed are generated - user closed issue in source project, and user opened issue in another project.

This may be also confusing because we preserve author when moving an issue to another project, and when someone will click on issue link in activity feed (in user opened new issue entry) he will see old issue, originally created by someone else.
