Make the docker documentation easier to find

• http://doc.gitlab.com/omnibus/docker/ should have a list of content at the top that makes the alternative installation methods clear
• http://doc.gitlab.com/ce/install/README.html should link to https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ and http://doc.gitlab.com/omnibus/docker/
