Activity view shows issues from a project that has the issue tracker disabled

Summary

When a project disables it's issue tracker, the issues are still accessible from the activity view.

Steps to reproduce

• I opened an issue tracker for one of my projects.
• Then created an issue.
• A couple of minutes later, i saw, that i've done this one the false repository, so i disabled the issue tracker again in the project settings.

But now i see the issue in my account information anymore.

Expected behavior

• Add an activity line stating that: [user] has disabled issue tracking

• Remove issue links from activity feed (but don't hide the activity)

• Remove issue TODOs from this project

• Remove issue from users assigned issue list
