`git mv` and `git cp` in the webinterface

It would be great if there was a feature to

1. move files from one directory inside a repo to another and

2. to copy a file into a new file in the same directory

Usecase: Static websites hosted on Gitlab --> move from 'draft' folder to an active one, copy an existing post as a template for a new one.
