Dynamically refresh related Merge Requests in issues

It would be cool the information on related MRs to be refreshed the moment a new MR is referenced.

Hi,

First of all, thank you for raising an issue to help improve the GitLab product. This issue was labelled as a ~"feature proposal" in the past.
