Search results troubleshooting on both gitlab.com and dev.gitlab.org

To reproduce :

try to search for something in the search field, in my case "git" - > wait till search results page loads

https://gitlab.com/search?utf8=✓&search=git&group_id=&repository_ref=

try to go to issues , or milestones... The effort to load content is too huge, so a user ends up with
