Add "Merge Request" into selection of triggers for Emails On Push

Project Settings -> Services, there is a built-in "Emails on Push" service where emails will be sent to pre-defined addresses on Push and/or Tag Push events.

It would be good to also add Merge Request as part of the selection of triggers.
