Improve Bamboo service execute endpoint

The Bamboo project service execute endpoint is not that optimal. Until now I thought this was the only way to trigger a build. Now I think the following endpoint might do the trick: https://docs.atlassian.com/bamboo/REST/5.9.2/#d2e296

If so, we would be able to directly trigger a build based on a sha. Check into this more and test.
