Show Merge Request button in parent repository page

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

When I push my branch in order to create an MR I would expect the CREATE MERGE REQUEST button to appear in the parent repository as well.

Right now, the only places I see the button is in my fork and in the organization page.
