Redis Error

There is an issue with the Community Edition that is basically happening to me except this is Enterprise with an Ultimate license. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/66449

We're using Omnibus and just upgraded about 4 hours ago and it is throwing the Redis INCR error exactly how it is in that error. We tried the workarounds in the Console regarding the "ratelimits" however that didn't work.
