Sidebar event tracking

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/14944 click event tracking was added for the issues sidebar. After the refactor of the sidebar, we want to ensure that tracking for issues persists and we add tracking for other pages where the sidebar exists (issue boards, MRs).
