Milestone link on wiki page does not render in project view

Summary

A %"milestone link" renders correctly on the wiki Home page, but not when that page is the project front page.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a new project
  • Disable the repository
  • Create a milestone
  • Create a wiki home page
  • On the home page, link to the milestone with a %"link"
  • Open the wiki home page
  • Open the project front page

  • Project front page renders with unlinked %text
