Experience Baselines for Ecosystem

As a first step, UX will identify JTBD and begin to baseline experiences around Ecosystem. This issue is a placeholder for the task - as a first step we will list and rank JTBD here. Then will begin conducting baselines and producing recommendations for each JTBD.
