Cycle Analytics: Customizable graph titles

Problem to solve

Cycle Analytics provides the ability for users to use quite customizable graphs - we don't allow them to change the name of these charts, which prevents some of them from sharing these with management as the graph doesn't quite describe what they would like it to.
