Developper who created a projet not automatically set as maintainer

Summary

A developper (the permission status) who created a new project on a group didn't get the ownership of it and has the developper permissions on it when he should be automatically maintainer of it

• Create a new project

The developper stay as developper level in the project he just created

The developper is set a maitainer in the project he created
