Milestone weight is missing

Summary

There used to be the sum of the weights of all issues in the milestone when you open it. After the last release, it is missing. This happens on GitLab.com

Steps to reproduce

Just create a milestone, add a couple of issues with assigned weight and open the milestone from issues/milestones/milestone name

Expected behavior

There should be Weight label on top displaying the common weight of the milestone.

Actual behavior

The Weight label is missing.
