Temp Owners can remove expiration date

So in our gitlab account, we had a sub group that we needed to give a user elevated permissions, to the level of owner of the subgroup, and had it expire after a certain date, but apparently if you go to the "Add User" field, enter in yourself, as the group you are, you can remove the expiration date.

Ideally, temp owners should not be allowed to create more owners, or remove expiration dates for themselves.
