Use etag caching for EE-specific fields in Projects::MergeRequestsController#show widget serializer

This is a follow-up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/61559 which requires investigation which fields from ::EE::MergeRequestWidgetEntity can be cached and which ones require invalidation logic to be cached
