Notification of related issues

(This is my first feature proposal, please be patient. I could not find this feature mentioned anywhere else).
Problem to solve
Notify people involved in an issue #A of the due date of an issue #B where issue #B is related to issue #A
If issue #B is related (some dependencies) to issue #A, people involved in issue #A are potentially interested in deadlines (due dates, perhaps also merge requests, etc.) of issue #B
Intended users
Developers, QA/Testers, Systems Engineers, Product Managers (any)
Further details
Cases could be where #B is needed in order to proceed (or close #A). Perhaps it is not feasible or not a valid warning to receive notifications of all issues in the project.
Proposal
A new flag will be available in the Custom notification events settings to activate the notification of due date (and other events) from the issues related to the issue where the user is involved.
