Remove deprecated variable PIP_DEPENDENCY_PATH in gemnasium-python

Proposal
Clean up the analyzer code and remove the PIP_DEPENDENCY_PATH support.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
PIP_DEPENDENCY_PATH variable support is removed.
