Deploy job randomly disappears forever

It took me so darn long to get this script working after the runner cache messed things up 4 or 5 times and required me to manually removed its files and now entire deploy from this script suddenly doesn't exist anymore to the pipeline https://github.com/BuiltBrokenModding/SBM-BaggableMobs/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml I even re-installed entire gitlab etc and it remains gone.
