Add issues, commits, jobs to Productivity Analytics

Problem to solve

We would like productivity analytics to represent a way for us to drill down based on what we see in Customizable Cycle Analytics. Moreover, Ems and Tech Leadership would like to have a way to report on their teams and what they have been working on. Currently, in Productivity Analytics we can only see information related to commits or MRs, while ideally, we should be able to drill-down in any of the stages/events to understand what are the patterns that cause us to slow down. Contribution analytics was an attempt to do this but it's not really insightful. After we are ready with out solution, we should deprecate the page according to the stewardship principles.
