Move EE spec mock data files to the corresponding CE file

  tech debt: I just realized that this copy is in ee/ while the source is not 😞... Unfortunately, it will not be that easy to import from spec/frontend while in ee/spec/frontend so I think this is something we should handle in a follow up MR. I'll create an issue for this.

In addition, we will also need to support something like a spec alias in our Jest config.
