Not able select pull option in mirroring direction for gitlab-ce version

Hi All,

I am using opensource gitlab-ce version. I could see mirroring repo feature, but by default mirror direction is push. user/admin is not able to select pull option. Want to know this feature is not available for gitlab-ce/have to upgrade the same?
