Auditor access to pipeline

Summary

Given an internal project with custom access, auditor user can't see the pipelines

Steps to reproduce

• Create "internal" repo
• Setting for "CI / CD Settings" -> "Public pipelines" on
• "Visibility, project features, permissions" -> Pipelines -> Only members

What is the expected correct behavior?

Auditor should be able to access https://gitlab.com/alexandru.bumbacea/test-auditor/pipelines
