Geo: Update administrator UI to include verification for uploads, job artifacts and LFS objects.
Problem to solve
Currently, the Geo administrator dashboard already includes views on the primary and secondaries to surface information regarding verification.
On the primary, you can see the status for repositories and wikis.
On the secondaries, there are sub-pages for uploads and projects (?). These subpages allow for certain user interactions as well, e.g. resync.
The current UI approach does not scale well when adding new data types, e.g uploads, job artifacts and LFS objects. We should create a view that allows systems administrators to easily understand the verification status and trigger manual actions.
