Security approvals at instance level

Problem to solve

Customers want to be able to set a policy for the enterprise and have it applied to all groups. Can we add a script to copy the policy to all groups in a GL instance? (Or otherwise accomplish this?)

Problem with such policies at higher level (group and instance) is the overriding scheme. Usually overriding priority is given to the lower levels. Though, when it comes to policies, we usually don’t want a project level policy to override a group or instance level one (unless we can say it’s more restrictive maybe).
