Unable to upgrade from 12.0.1-ee to 12.0.3-ee
Summary
GitLab does not upgrade from version 12.0.1-ee to 12.0.3-ee.
Steps to reproduce
Assuming one has gitlab version 12.0.1-ee installed, trying to upgrade Ubuntu server 18.04 gives the error.
Example Project
No example project.
What is the current bug behavior?
No upgrade has been done. Gitlab is not accessible since the first try, returning 502 error.
I have tried gitlab-ctl reconfigure and gitlab-ctl restart and restarted the machine, but nothing has changed.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Upgrade completed and GitLab running.
