Gitlab-ci can't responsive github mirror pull requests

Problem

The travis CI build passed,but gitlab-ci can't responsive github mirror pull requests.

Describe

I used gitlab to make the mirror of github and submitted the pr on github. Why didn't gitlab automatically start ci without awareness...
