Ability to view CI/CD metrics by runner tag and project using Prometheus/Grafana

Customer would like a report on which builds are using up the most resources [mins of build, RAM/CPU, etc.] by project. Ideally this would be done through Prometheus/Grafana. Unfortunately, the metrics the runners provide on job duration don’t include a label for project ID.
