Changes to multi-project pipelines behavior

Multi-project pipelines currently behave in such a way:

Go to project B that has upstream configured i.e. this project B is downstream for the project A
Open pipelines page and click the upstream pipeline - it will expand the upstream jobs, and you will be able to click any of these jobs to open the job output

One of our Premium customer suggests to expands this behavior in this way (changes highlighted in bold):

Go to project B that has upstream configured i.e. this project B is downstream for the project A
Open pipelines page and click the upstream pipeline: if you left click it, it should expand as it is done now; if you right click it and open in a new tab, the full upstream pipeline page should be opened in a new tab
