Geo Quality Metrics
We should be in a position where customers can trust Geo and rely on it in disaster recovery situations. At the moment, while we perform good testing, we have no evidence to show to customers to give them confidence that we care about quality.
I would like to have some sort of quality health metric for Geo that we can share with customers, and I am reaching out to the Quality department for help with this.
Part of this may be conducting some kind of base audit on the testing we have in place so that we can see where the gaps are. We may also want to consider listing out the function points of Geo and marking how well we test those use cases. This should help us understand where we need to improve.
I'm not exactly sure what needs to happen next, but I wanted to get the discussion started so that we can find out.
