Missing Project in Dashboard

Project missing from my project list

Steps to reproduce

Click on Your Projects from the Projects menu (https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects?nav_source=navbar)

What is the current bug behavior?

The project doesn't show up when I initially open my list of projects from this url: https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects?nav_source=navbar

The Sort is set to Last Updated when I open the drop down box and click Last Updated (even though it's already selected) the project then magically appears in the list (have seen this happen when the project has been 1st and 4th in the list)

Clicking this sort changes the url to: https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects?sort=latest_activity_desc where the project can then be seen

What is the expected correct behavior?

The URL https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects?nav_source=navbar should show all the projects
