Cannot add badges to a project

Summary

Adding new badges fails.

Steps to reproduce

I am running 12.0.2-ee (ef76b54fc1e).

On a project:

  1. Go to settings -> general -> badges
  2. Enter a valid URL for the link and the badge image.
    • No "Badge Preview" appears.
    • I've verified that both URLs resolve appropriately.
  3. Click "Add Badge" and I get a red banner indicating that the badge could not be added.

What is the current bug behavior?

Cannot add a badge.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should be able to add a badge.
