Display time estimate total of issues in board swimlanes

Problem to solve

It's not easy to see the total of time estimated issues now, the only way seems to be assigning them to a milestone and then you can only see the total of all issues. This makes it hard to plan the issues for the milestone from the boards.

We want to be able to see time estimates based on the same labels that we've set up boards for.

Proposal

Board swimlanes currently show total issue count and total issue weight, we would also like to see total time estimate. It will allow us to look at resources from different angles based on the labels and evaluate how reasonable the planning is.

No new permissions needed, just a display feature.
