Support for Single Page Applications on pages

Description

The problem is that currently if a link is clicked and then visited again later on an Angular/React single page application, it will 404. This can be mitigated by allowing the user to redirect all to index.

Proposal

Allowing the user to redirect all pages that follow a regex to one page, without throwing a 404.
