Merge Request Discussion Count Missing when Right Bar Expanded

Summary

On a merge request with discussions, if the right hand bar is pinned, the discussion count is not visible.

This does not appear to happen on this site though.

Looking at styling, there is a selector

.page-sidebar-pinned.right-sidebar-expanded .line-resolve-all-container {
    display: none;
}

With that disabled the discussions count appears in the correct place.

I have updated this morning so running 8.13.5-ee

Steps to reproduce

On a merge request with discussions, expand and collapse the right hand sidebar.

Expected behavior

The discussion count should be always visible.

Actual behavior

The discussion count is only visible with the sidebar collapsed.
